Fundraiser Help & Important Rules
Most changes can be completed from your dashboard. If something still needs staff help, submit one support ticket so it is connected to the correct team, participant, and transaction and nothing gets missed.
Donations must be entered online
We do not accept or manually record cash donations. If a donor gives you cash, enter and pay for that donation through the participant’s page so it is properly recorded.
Review Fan Club names before closing
Names are visible live on the participant page. A reminder is sent 48 hours before the fundraiser ends. Paid name edits are $5; no edits are accepted after the fundraiser ends.
Names cannot be rearranged
Fan Club names are printed using the production layout generated by the system. Requests to reorder or rearrange names cannot be accommodated.
Payout timing
Team payouts are issued on the Thursday after the team’s shirts ship.
